I created Hullabaloo because I love sharing treats with my kids. What I don't love is the mummy guilt that comes after or the crazy sugar tantrums. As a mum I was shocked to discover that sweets aimed at kids often contain an astounding 60% sugar. No wonder kids bounce off the walls after eating them.

After two years of perfecting recipes we created our crunchy caramel bars which contain 50% less sugar than the average sweet snack. Just a spoonful of sugar.
